I would say harder. Far more likely to have a trashed/incomplete/missing box.as hard as SFC..

I'm in utter awe by the collection....it's too bad he won't go for a complete Playstation 1 Japanese collection. I somewhat agree with Adol about PSX having a higher degree of crap to it (especially here in the States, how many kid's games or hunting/fishing games do we need??)
Which newer systems would you try to collect, Adol? And is there any chance you'll try to go after U.S. stuff or is it not worth it?
I'm not into U.S stuff,as i'm not american, sorry. So it's not worth it to me.
I always preferred japanes estuff because of the covers, and the fact that back at 8/16 bits time, there was always 2-3 times more titles in Japan than in Europe.
So i wanted to discover all those unreleased titles that will never see the day in Europe
Not really.
The FC cart fullset is 40% smaller than SFC,only 1050 titles compared to 1450.
That's 400 titles less to find. It's HUGE.
But the ratio CIB/loose cart is even worse,i agree.
That's why i say it'd be as hard as SFC.
I already did the hardest part: CIB FDS Fullset...with case, instructions, soft case WITH matching barcode sticker, and even the "write only" games with original instructions&sticker..boy they are hard and expensive to find!
Not a single Famicom released game costs 100000 Yens like that Clu Clu Land FDS game..only hibaihins.
I need a little help from you. Where can I find a complete list of FDS game released with information on which ones are write-only and which ones come out in retail? Many thanks.
Here is one i made TEN YEARS ago (wow, already?)

But maybe you'll be able to find more accurate ones now..?
Here is one of all Famicom games, carts&disks, chronologically:

Otherwise,great books, like Famicomplete, exist.
Adol, you collection makes me drool, and I truly admire your dedication. And shelving. One thing I noticed in your Room Of Doom though, where did you get those SMS games? They don't all look offical, and I thought Bignose got cancelled for the Master System?
Anyway dude, congratulations on an amazing collection.
Amazing. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks
You were definitely the first person to inspire me to go after complete systems and factory sealed games. Thanks to you!
Anyway, seeing this set, now you want to make me go to a complete PS JP. I love JP artwork too!
Btw, have you sold your DC set?
Thanks!
No,i haven't sold it..i put it on Ebay moire for "appeal" to buy my other games, i don't know if i'll sell it one day.
I'll make pictures within few days/weeks of my Saturn JPN fullset, making me finish the complete Sega JPN fullset (Mark 3,Megadrive,Mega CD,32 X,Gamegear,Saturn,Dreamcast)!
This is the first time I've stumbled across this. Very impressive!
I could not hope to achieve such goals, as such a collection would force me into bankruptcy, but it's still really neat.
Do you count Tetris as a game needed for a complete Megadrive set though?
Only just seen this post Adol and i must say, im gobsmacked...
Such a task seems impossible, yet you show us that anything is possible after all!
Now go play the Astro Boy game hidden amongst all those carts!!!

Tetsuwan Atom is not a bad game at all on SFC. Nice little cracker if I dare say so myself.

Can we use this thread for posting our own Super Famicom collections?
Here's mine.

That's just about the most impressive collection that I have ever seen. That thing belongs in a museum.
