View Full Version : Broken Sega Nomad volume knob

so I opened up my nomad, and it looks like the knob coldnt take it anymore.. It looks as though the center piece of the knob is bent pretty well. Anybody know of a way to fix this? When I put it back in, the thing is flimsy and falls out whenever I move it.. If you need better pics, I can take some.

Can anybody repair this or have extra pieces they want to sell me?

If you are a DIYer, desolder a pot from a Game gear, as it will fit fine. Then desolder the one from the Nomad. Then solder the GG one in.

If you are not a DIYer, OSG offers this sort of repair.

The contrast pot on my Nomad was broken and so I just glued it on. It works perfectly.
