And I could use some help!

Its not in perfect shape, but its in good shape.

I thought it was three buttons but its actually two.

A major concern: The screen constantly flips. It scrolls downward, the person selling it said it stops once it warms up, but I watched it for 20 mins and it didnt stop.
Is there a way to fix it? Is there something I can adjust on the back of the monitor?
I talked them down to $100 since the screen was flipping. Good deal I think....if I can get it to work right.

I don't know much about that particular machine, but I know my Neo Geo mvs has these little white knobs when you flip the controls over. Anyways, these little white knobs will adjust the screen, and if you were to have them in the wrong positions, the screen will scroll like you are talking about (I think its the same). See if there are any knobs or adjustment levers or something inside the machine that you can adjust and see if that helps. If its just that, you got yourself a good deal.

Yeah, you probably need to adjust the vertical hold... if you can't get it to lock, you may need to install a cap kit.
