Hi Everyone

Well I want to introduce myself SeanKW40. I have been programing computers since late 1976. I also later on went on to get a
degree in Engineering/computer programing. This last year I lost my
wife to very bad car wreck cause by a careless driver, and now I am raising
my daughter on my own. Yes I kind of had my daughter at a late age.
My father Was a pioneer at Raytheon and many computer companies.
I have had many computers and games systems. From the Sinclair
ZX80,ZX81,Tandy color computer,Atari 400,Atari 800,Tandy color computer III,Nitendo,Sega,Atari 2600,Atari Pong, Atari Super Pong.
You name it I had it. I had IBM AT,XT machines, and so on. My father
later on own his own computer Corporation. Well what I am trying
say is I have grown up around computers all my life. I was born back
in the 1960's when most people did not have game systems or computers.
I love computers and game systems, and I like the older ones because
it just reminds me where we start from. Like some of these systems
being old so am I now. Well I hope most of you will not think of me being to old to enjoy this web site.

Thanks SEANKW40

Welcome! I think it's great that we attract more "seasoned" members of the gaming community, and not just people who were raised on the NES (like me).

Welcome! Don't worry about age here--many people have been playing just as long as you have (though I'm not one of them, myself...).

Also, sorry to hear about your wife. I know what it's like to lose a loved one.

I have been programing computers since late 1976.

I have been alive since early 1979. Thank you for making me feel young again. :)
Welcome to the board.

Well Thanks

This Sounds Great, and I am thinking about getting
back in to the programing games. I not sure which system yet,
but the language is not too much different for the machines.
Some just have little differences that have to be change to work for that
machine. I know there are Atari users and NES users and so many
others. If I do Atari systems I will have to get me a Cartridge burner
again. Well it only at the starting stages right now. Thanks everyone.

Welcome to the forums. I'm sure there will be plenty here to draw you back into the hobby that we all enjoy.

I'm going to lock this since we've got the Introduction thread up there at the top of the forum.

@ DefaultGen, your not the youngest here by far. MarioAllStars and MGriff both under 18 if memory serves me correctly. I'm sure there are plenty more here as well. But alas i'm veering off topic.

Once again welcome to the forums, and prep your wallet for some spending, this place has that ability, even unintentionally.
