Great show! An excellent start to the 3rd season.

I like how you gave a fair shake to The Wizard and Luigi's Mansion compared to "other critics" who excessively bash the hell out of these.

What's your take on the whole casual vs hardcore debate emanating from Nintendo's E3 presentation?

Eh, for all I care, Casual and Hardcore can beat each other senseless. I don't consider myself a member of either group.

Casual will fight with Hardcore because they're too involved with the games, and the majority of them think of Halo or whatever as their personal demon. That's why FPS's are so popular (unfortunately).

Hardcore will fight with Casual because they have nothing better to do. It's almost always the hardcore that thinks one system is better than the other, but they're both producing the same games. Hardcore doesn't care about that, however, they will defend their respected system to the death.

Many of the hardcore people (and I've seen this first hand) wish that casual gamers and casual gaming will die and go away. It's like thin, beautiful people wishing fat, ugly people will die and go away, too.
