No, obviously Yahtzee sued him for serious internets copying.

It's wack if GameStop got them taken down - my guess is he got weak-kneed or something; then again, I never got the chance to watch these.

Empty pocket procedure and "how they pay employees?" That sounds like...well, I can guess what the first is. I'm imagining GameStop pays their employees in store tokens and laffy taffy, any other guesses?

Yes, but unlike Yahtzee, a man who just makes up hatred because "saying something nice" is bad form, THIS GUY has legit things to be hateful towards.

I doubt Yahtzee even cared about these videos. But Gamestop is a corporation, and they will do anything they can to hide their slimy practices.

These videos are still on YouTube (http://www.youtube. tcom/view_play_list?p=310E5F496741DA3F) if you're curious.

I think they're worth watching, regardless of your opinion of Yahtzee or Gamestop. There's some brutally honest and rational arguments against GS, which is the whole point of the videos. I'd like to think that the videos did have an impact on a few people out there- who will avoid trading games or buying used games from GS.

Having Best Buy and Toys R Us and whoever else get in on the used games biz will be something to watch this year. Hopefully the competition will shake things up a bit.
