Someone already mentioned Half-Life 2 but I thought I'd add that one of the achievements is killing an enemy by hitting them with a toilet.

Area 51 has a secret bathroom level. I remember finding that one by accident once.
The Leather Goddesses of Phobos (text adventure) has a bathroom, in fact that's how you choose your characters gender.

Fallout 3 has toilets and urinals that you can drink out of even. Yum!
There are also outhouses scattered about the wasteland.

I kept having this flash of some game with a sequence in a bathroom, it was driving me crazy that I couldn't remember, hehe
Marc Eckos Getting Up
There was a fight towards the beginning the game where I think it ended up that the enemy knocked me through a wall, into the bathroom in the next room, where we had this knock down drag out battle, smashing the hell outta each other, destroying the bathroom in the process. That game was damn underrated.
