I'm sure that we've all wondered while playing a game, "where's the bathroom here?" When a game actually has facilities, it adds a bit of respect for reality, at least to me.

The computer game Lazy Jones has a bathroom. Into this game for microcomputers there are several doors, each door with a mini game.

Club Drive for the Jaguar. When you're driving around in the miniature car, you can drive into the bathroom of Todd's house. And if you slam your car into the toilet, it'll flush. I think there's two different commodes you can drive around in the game.

Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel had bathrooms in the bunkers.

Robotrek on the SNES had several bathrooms in the game...all of them were in enemy bases. In one of them, you would see a soldier standing at a urinal peeing. If you walked up to the urinal next to him and hit the A button, he would glance over at you and be like, "........".

Another one of the bathrooms in the game had a bathroom stall that was a secret elevator.

I think it was Birdie's stage. I just remember that because each round something would change in the background and I remember I got to a 4th round once from a double ko and it just cycled back to the first round's background.

In the Hot Shelter stage in Sonic Adventure, part of the level goes through the Egg Carrier's johns. Just a pass-through, though. Also, there's a shower room in the Casinopolis level. Not sure if that counts.

If I remember correctly, the Duke Nukem 3d on the Saturn had an entire weirdo hidden toilet based stage that unlocked if you shot up every toilet in the game or something. I think the end of the level was you getting flushed down a giant toilet in the sky, hehe

Well, most every game I was going to list has already been listed, though there is one that no one listed so far, but the rest of the series has been listed.

Silent Hill Origins/Zero also has bathrooms. Then there is Castlevania Curse of Darkness that doesn't have bathrooms but does have a toilet(for some reason there are different chairs in random spots throughout the game.)

I was talking about Resident Evil and Silent Hill to someone earlier today(after posting my comment) and talked about how RE Outbreak and Outbreak 2 were great games if you could bear the extremely long load times or had a PS2 HDD. Anyways. Both games had bathrooms(both men and womens bathrooms.)

True Crime: Streets of New York has various missions that take you into apartments and hotel rooms with the bathrooms open for exploration (and destruction).

Open bathrooms/restrooms weren't as abundant in True Crime: Streets of LA, but IIRC, you fight someone in one in the missions that take you through the Russian spa.

While it doesn't exactly count, a few porta-potties can be found throughout Los Angeles in Midnight Club II, and if you knock them over, you'll hear someone scream - and sometimes you'll hear someone yell "hey, someone's in here!"

They are critical to the investigation and many important things are happen in the bathrooms of Snatcher… I cannot say as it will spoiler the story.

(I am happy I just finish the entire game last night for the first time as I recently got a Justifier gun AND an old fashioned television with the bubble screen recently)
