Hey guys, I'm new to the forums. So hello to everyone.

I've had a dead Sega CD for a better part of a decade now and yesterday I decided to try and fix it. The power will not turn on. After looking up a few "how to" videos on youtube, the repair looked easy enough. Just change out the fuses, like in these videos:

So I open up my model 2 Sega CD and to my surprise it's a different motherboard then in the videos. I've looked up other video and written tutorials and their all for a different Sega CD model 2 motherboard then mine. So I need your help in locating the fuse or just guidance to a repair tutorial using my board. Here's a picture of inside:

Thanks for reading.

Do you have a higher-res version of the picture?

Sorry for the non-high res picture. All I have is my crappy Iphone camera. I can close ups if wanted.

I tested that part for conductivity and it works. Thanks for the info but it must be something else. Any other ideas?

The fuse should be directly below the screw hole to the right of where the previous poster indicated. If it's not the green resistor type it should actually be a surface mounted one on the bottom of the board but in the same place. Either way, it should be marked F301.
