Which power adapter did the Sega CD model 1 come with?

I just got another model 1 Sega CD and I don't want to damage it this time. I used to have another one, but I think I killed it by using the wrong adapter.

I know it uses model 1602 or one of it's variants, but does anyone know for sure which one it originally came with?

I have several model 1602's with different ratings:

Any MK-1602 ac adapter will work. I have used both voltage variants and they are interchangable. Just keep in mind that -1 versions have a longer cable. You should use a surge protector too.
