Whats your "Promise Land"

Whats your main "goal" in your collection? A complete collection of a certain system? Geting all the games in a certain series? Ever batman game ever made etc. etc. etc.??? Whats your main goal right now? Mine is to own all the Final Fantasy games and im working on a complete Sega Genesis list...Slowly but surely

NO offense, but getting all the FF titles is childsplay, although I am also trying to get a complete genesis collection, it will probably never happen, anyways, my promised land at the time is to own a unopened NES.

my promised land is a complete TG collection, complete SMS, and complete Genesis, while getting the Sega CD, SNES, NES, And Super Famicom games that I just want. I really only want the complete TG/SMS/Genny trilogy.

However, I do want to get a lot of the early stuff too...

my main goal right now is owning 100 prototypes and i'm getting close at 80+ now. my nearly impossible long term goal is to own complete boxed us/ntsc collections for all systems released in or after 1985. X_x :D

Mine is to complete my Sega CD collection. I'm at ~80 titles right now. Once I complete that, I'll move on to SNES...

My goal in collecting is to get every NES game, boxed with manual & styrofoam inserts. I am starting on just carts mainly, then I will work on boxes and manuals. Right now I have 238 loose NES carts and 61 Boxed NES games (with styrofoam inserts in about 50 of them) & manuals for about 50 games (mainly the boxed ones).

I don't think I have an overriding goal, like "when my collection hits point X, I'm done."

But my short term goal is to finish my Virtual Boy collection...

My goal is to get all the classic systems starting with the NES, then the Turbo, then the Genny, then the SNES, then the Sega CD, then the 32X, then the Jag, then the 3D0, then the PSone, then the N64, and in a couple of years the Dreamcast.


And I also want to have 20 games for each of those systems, that I feel are 20 games that really represent what each of those systems had to offer, really well.

I'm not trying to have every single game for any system or anything like that. I just want a little piece of video game history from like 1988 to present.


The systems that I still need, are:

1. NES
2. Sega CD
3. 32X
4. Jaguar
5. 3DO
6. PSone
7. Dreamcast


And I still need tons of games. But I'm going to take the slowly but surely approach.
