Do you have any specific gaming goals for 2010?

My gaming resolution for 2010 is 1920x1080, because I moved my PC to where my long HDMI cable reaches.

My gaming goal is to game more, and read DP less. >_<

First off, I'm like to try to actually start posting on message boards, starting with this thread. I tried this back in about the middle of the year, but that lasted only one week. Just look at my post count and you can see why I'd like to change this.

Second, and probably more important, I would like to start and hopefully complete both a game mod and an actual game. I have the skills necessary for both, but need to find the motivation to do so. Perhaps this will come with my new college classes this semester that are more related to my Computer Science major.

Going into more of actually playing games, I would like to complete more games that I have started. Looking at a list I've made, it seems I've completed less than 10 games in 2009, and I know I've played many more than that.

Finally, I would like to just set up actual time for playing games. College makes me busy, but I know I spend a lot of time either doing nothing or reading articles and whatnot on the Internet that really have no meaning for me. This does not relax me as well as a good game after a hard day of work, and can even be harmful if I am distracted during the day from working and required reading.

Ummm, let's see. As sad as it sounds, perhaps I will finally buy my second game for the PS3 lol. My only PS3 game is MGS 4. I guess in that respect I would try to get more into ps3/360 games.....as long as its something other than an FPS. Other than that, I guess I don't really ave any except to just keep on gamin' :)

1. Play more games. I've been lacking in my game time recently and I'm looking to just play more often.

Finishing more games, especially on home consoles. I think the last home console game I finished was Ghostbusters for 360 when it first came out (I finished it in a week-end), while the last handheld game I finished was Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.

Lately, I've been playing a lot of Mass Effect. And since my older TV is now in my bedroom (with the NES, SNES and GameCube hooked on it), I've been thinking of playing through the Zelda games that I've never finished, that is: Adventure of Link, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, and Spirit Tracks (although I'm quite advanced in Spirit Tracks).

Pass 500 Nes games. I'm at 420+. We'll see. It's gettin harder. But I still do need quite a few crappy 1$, 2$ games. I'll get all those and work up from there. With some nice ones sprinkled in here and there of course. 500 here I come!
