View Full Version : Do different Genesis Model 1 systems have better / worse video output?
I got my cartridge slot images clear by putting the Genesis under a big magnifying glass with a light on it. You don't happen to have one, do you?

This is an excellent thread! I've been trying to get better video out of my crappy Genesis 2 and tried every type of AV cable and tv thinking that might be the problem, when all I had to do was track down the right system instead.
As for audio, here's an interesting little mod for improved output:

What do all of these issues mean in terms for for the Nomad? Are there different boards for it and are some better than others? Or was this system so short lived that there are no differences?

Your Majesco model 2 is compatible with Sega CD and 32x? That's good to know... now I won't have to worry except for running across a system with the crappy Samsung encoder.
