Get your game face on and prepare for intense competition throughout the day. It's time for SJC again and this time it's all about 4 player games! We will be playing various games on many different systems, both as every man for themselves and team battles. Below are a few things we have planned:
College Slam (Saturn)
2 on 2 Team Tournament
March Madness Style Tournament (although with less teams involved than real life ;) )
Super Smash Bros (N64)
4 Player Free for All Tournament
Highest Kills Within a Time Limit
Gauntlet II (Midway Arcade Treasures II, Xbox)
4 Player Team Tournament
Each team competes to get the Highest Total Score.
Tekken Tag Tournament (PS2)
2 on 2 Team Tournament
Each round consists of best of 3 overall matches
Dual Shocks Controllers only to keep things balanced
Scene It - Lights Camera Action (Xbox 360)
4 Player Free for All Tournament
High Score Tournament
And we might still be able to work in that Karaoke Tournament we missed last month (more details to come later)

Below are items we need donated for the gathering. If you wouldn't mind donating an item we will need it for the whole day as certain events happen at different times. It would need to be either dropped off before the gathering or brought first thing in the morning on that day. Also, we will mark your donation so it doesn't get lost. Please post with what you can bring and I will mark your name on the list

I disapprove this post and your hating. I happen to like doing all of those thing, except haze freshman. I will be at SJC and I will also be kicking real ass if people start hating on Super Smash Bros. because everyone loved that game at some point.

This is reflective of my opinion. BUT WHATEVER I GUESS I'M OKAY WITH 64 SMASH.

I thought you borrowed it a while back for gheroes or something. It is boxed US with a Sears price tag on the box. On another note- more multi player ideas to commemorate the new Monday Night 'rasslin Wars: Giant Gram 2000 DC, mucsle bomber duo on rombox, and ultimate mucsle GC. Dig it!

I'm still feeling under the weather and if I don't improve soon then we might have to cancel again. While I am doing well enough to be at the store, its still hard for me to make it through the day and come 8:00 I am ready to pass out. I will see how I feel tomorrow and if things don't look better for me we can do one of the following things:
1) We can have the gathering but end it at store closing
2) We can postpone the gathering another week
3) We can cancel the gathering outright and just wait till next month
So let me know which of these options you guys prefer. I'm still hoping I feel better tomorrow and then we can just have a normal gathering but let me know ASAP and I'll keep you guys posted.

The last Saturday of the month Eric and I are in Boston for PAX East, and Jim will be back in Japan (it'd be nice if he could go to one more gathering before going back to Japan until July). It's only Wednesday, so let's not jump the gun, we may still be able to have the gathering this Saturday. But I guess if I were to pick any option I'd go with what Dave said.

Last Saturday of March is also MGC weekend. Since I have to miss MGC because of a wedding, why not make it so I miss SJC because of the same wedding. SAD PANDA IS SAD
