I have been doing some experimentation with label
cleaning using some Stamp supply products and
here are the results.

Looks like it worked pretty well so I will have to try
it on other manufactures also curious if it will remove
ink pin or maybe magic marker but I kind of doubt it
since these chemicals are not supposed to hurt the printed
colors.

Anyway here is a photo of the labels including the
Before picture, the 2nd picture is after two treatments
of the Gum remover and the bottom is after one
treatment of the mold remover.

AWESOME! I've got a question for you, though. Did you ever use Goo Gone? It works good on carts, but I think it works shit on labels. Everytime I use it on a label, namely on NES carts, it always winds up staining the edges. If you've ever used Goo Gone in that fashion, did you encounter the same problem? If not, how exactly did you apply it?

PS- hook us up with that Stamp supply companies name.

Sorry about that looks like I forgot to mention
what I used

Its from Linder and can be found by going to the
following WEB sight and clicking the ACCESSORIES
button and then the ERNI Stamp Care button which
should bring you to the page with the items

http://www.lindner-usa.com/catalog/catalogset.html

Be warned it's not cheap, 20.00 for the Mildew stain
remover and another 20.00 for the Gum remover.
but if you have a few labels with some bad glue staining
this is definitely an option that seems to work.

Also not sure how this stuff works but somehow it was able
to clean the label and leave the glossy over coat on the label
intact.

U can use a hairdryer as well. Just turn it on, and blow for about 1 minute on the spot that has a sticker or remains of sticker glue. Then u can remove the stuff really easy.

that hairdryer trick works most times, but can also peel some labels off if you're not too careful  ...=^P
