I'm from Cincinnati. I may be willing to do some driving if something interesting is happening.

I'm in central Ohio also. I don't actually know any too many collectors around here, but I know they're out there.

What kind of gamers are you guys?

I'm in my mid 30's, and mostly play the old stuff. Occasionally I'll play a Wii game or two, but I have never played an Xbox 360 or PS3 game. Most of my playing time is with the 16 bit and 32 bit generation. Although I do enjoy some of the topline Gamecube, X-box, and PS2 titles like Metroid Prime, Twisted Metal Black, and God of War.

Here's my setup:

Gary at CORGS might be a great resource for your event. They run a classic gaming show every year in Columbus:

Good luck with your event.

Ouch. I had shopped there for years. The comments after the article and the connections to Brandon's Video Games is disturbing.

Never would have suspected it. They would sometimes get me Blu-Rays I requested...wonder how they managed that....?

I want to kick your asses at Warlords. I'm in Cincinnati, btw.

Orion Pimpdaddy---Impressive setup. It would appear that we have mostly the same things, with some slight variances. I admire the organization, but its something I'm not sure I could do. Every time I'd spend money on shelves or something, I'd wonder what interesting gaming item I could buy instead. I think I would need a ridiculous amount of money for my ultimate setup.

Yeah, it does takes some money to buy some of the items. I mostly built it as a way of saving time switching between systems, and to reduce wear on the plugging and unplugging of consoles (like I used to do).

As far as a getogether, maybe we can all do something in January, after the holidays are over.

I can tell my wife I have a playdate. Ha! Just kidding!

I'm near Columbus as well. I could be up for some of this new fangled video gaming. I also was a frequent shopper at Westpointe. Surprising.

I am in Columbus as well! I go to school at Ohio State lol. Are you all going to CORGS-CON this year? I really enjoyed it last year, and am looking forward to going again this year.
