View Full Version : March 2011 Finds

Happy March to everyone!
I will start of the March finds with a NES that I found at GW. The bonus surprise I found while waiting in line was that it had Tetris in the game slot! Too bad Goodwill decided that the hookups, AC and controllers were worthy of being bagged separately and charged more for than the deck. I passed as I have extras at home.

5 bucks for Nightmare. 2 for Adventure Island and 3 for TMNT 3. Not a bad start to the month. Tomorrow is my first trip to the outdoor flea market of the year (supposed to be in the 50's) so hopefully I have some decent luck.

Johnny Mnemonic is sealed and was $2.
Fallout + Fallout 2 is in that cheapo Interplay rerelease from a few years back. $3. I wasn't going to buy it, but since Interplay REFUSES TO LOWER THE DAMN PRICE on digital distribution sites...
Today was a good day for me! ^_^
http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a54/Zamioa/DSC01803.jpg
-Earth in Flower ($20) ~ Brand new and still sealed
-Bose QuietComfort 3 Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones ($12) ~ In very good condition with charger and rechargeable battery
The guy who was selling the Bose headphones told me that the headphones will not produce any music without it turning on so he thought it was somewhat broken and offered it for $12. I brought it, cleaned it, and charged the battery when I got home and did a quick search online while verifying whether these were real or not (it's genuine). Turns out it wasn't "broken" as claimed by the seller since you were supposed to turn it on in order to listen to the music in addition to having the noise canceling feature. Score! :bday:
The other item is very special <3 That book was actually a first print of the first edition of its kind. There are only 886 copies made of this hardcover edition and it's over 500 pages long. Most importantly, the information and history about the classical Khmer dance was more valuable since the original records were thought to be destroyed and lost during the Khmer Rouge regime (do a quick search, it's not pretty). Now, I can learned more about the Khmer's classical dance rich history and share them with my friends and children in the future ^w^

I found something which I personally think is killer. I was at the lot sale this morning and found a Realistic Concertmate 300, mint in the original box. The Concertmate 300 is the Radioshack branded version of the Casio PT-1 (http://www.synthmuseum.com/casio/caspt101.html), which was in turn based off the famous Casio VL-1 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casio_VL-1). It was $1 and in my opinion a great find, perhaps not everyone's cup of tea.
Also, a platinum Gamecube with the hookups in unknown working condition, $5.

Right there with ya!
I had to leave work early today to help my mother-in-law with some stuff around her house and stopped at the Movie Trading Co. afterward. Picked up:
Stupid Invaders (Dreamcast) mint $12
Gladiator Last Pinball (Saturn) mint $4
Double Switch (Sega CD) mint $4
Been looking for Stupid Invaders for a long time and this copy is perfect! I don't need either of the other two games, but the cases are perfect, no cracks, no scuffs - so for $4 each, I'll upgrade the cases of some of my more rare and expensive games, then resell the other games for a couple bucks in bad cases.

After fees+ shipping? A little over $300. Not bad considering the system is beautiful. A lot of those games I don't want are going to get sold, so that will bring the cost down some more.

I came across a few interesting things today. Picked up four SNES carts (Breath Of Fire, NBA Jam T.E., Carrier Aces, and Super Mario All-Stars) for $2.92 each, one of which looks to be a pirate using an original US cart shell. I found a complete Lee Trevino's Fighting Golf for the NES for $1.98 that I couldn't pass up even though it's a sports title (something I have a severe aversion to collecting), an original model Apple Newton MessagePad with a corroded battery for $8.49, and at a store I've driven past loads of times but never ventured into until today called Second Hand Sports, a Sega Genesis CDX power supply for $9.99.
http://i414.photobucket.com/albums/pp222/StevePW/cdxpsusnes.jpg
The NBA Jam SNES cart looks to be a pirate, but they used an original shell with the six-sided screws. It might not be an original cart case though, since the back where the copyright sticker is located isn't all that rounded off at the corners as an original. Anyway, picked it up just because it was weird.

Today's finds:
http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j238/foxhack/DP/dp-2011-03-02a.jpg
$5 for the Diablo Battle Chest box with one copy of Diablo and two copies of Diablo II. The guy also had a copy of Lord of Destruction but he wanted $5 for that alone and I said no. It only had books and one LoD CD inside. :p
$1 for each of the Double Ender games.
http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j238/foxhack/DP/dp-2011-03-02b.jpg
Monster Rancher 2 (CD + manual) - $3
Take Your Best Shot (Windows 3.1 version), Squirrel Nut Zippers: Perennial Favorites, The Psychedelic Furs: All of this and nothing (Edit: CD has rot, it won't rip, goddamnit!), $1 each. I already have Perennial Favorites but the case was pretty stained, and well, this one isn't. :D
http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j238/foxhack/DP/dp-2011-03-02c.jpg
Resident Evil longbox (usual unglued edges)
Parallels Desktop Switch to Mac Edition (Version 5)
Vampire The Masquerade Redemption (CDs + key)
Picture It! Photo Premium 9
$6 total!
Yay~
Edit: The Resident Evil longbox includes a very interesting Capcom catalog that has longbox mockup artwork for Fox Hunt, Buster Bros. Collection, and Resident Evil - this one is pretty funny because it's just a (live action) dude holding a shotgun, and he looks like he's crapping his pants!

I feel like a kid at Christmas right now. Why? Because my copy Solatorobo arrived this morning! I was too busy with other stuff to check the mail. So I didn't realize it had come in, until my Dad looked and found the package in the box we have for our newspapers.
Anyway, I opened it up and discovered that Play-Asia had sent me a copy of the Solatorobo Prelude Disc along with the game. I wasn't expecting to get the disc, since it was a preorder item.
I've only played up to the first save point, but I'm loving the game so far! Later, I'm going to figure out how to download the Wi-Fi quests.

Most of the stuff I buy comes from middle to northern California, which I imagine is Mac heaven. :p Anyway... I typically don't pick this stuff up unless I know I can sell it (or use it, in the case of old shareware CDs). Other resellers just ignore those programs because they're for Macs and not many people have 'em around here.
I've found software for all sorts of different OSes - Amiga, Macs, Windows, OS/2, and such. I just tend to look harder than the other resellers.

Interesting they've still got them! The prelude disc actually wasn't a preorder item, but it was supposed to only ship with the first run of copies - like the Chrono Trigger DS CD. Glad you got one. I still need to watch mine.
The wi-fi quests are pretty straightforward to download, luckily. I think the menu translation blog covered them at one point.
PS - let me know if you ever figure out what the greyed-out quests are about. ;) I'm still trying to figure that out.

The Goodwill by my house got in a ton of new, shrinkwrapped DS games priced as follows:
DS Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days - $6.99
DS Alice in Wonderland - $6.99
DS Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Defenders of the Core with Limited Edition Bakugan Action Figure - $9.99
DS Zhu Zhu Pets 2: Wild Bunch with Zhu Zhu Hamster Toy - $9.99
DS Kung Zhu with Kung Zhu Hamster Toy - $9.99
There were about 50 of the Kingdom Hearts and at least 200 of the Alice in Wonderland games in the open glass case. I would guess there were about 30 each of the games with toys scattered between the open glass case and the toy shelves. Picked up a few copies of the first 2 games, but not the ones with the toys. No Target stickers on the games, so I have no idea where they came from...weird.

Well, I successfully downloaded the extra quests. But I'm not sure what you mean by "grayed out quests". Are you referring to the "Check Quests" option in the Wi-Fi menu? When I went into that option it showed all of the quests I downloaded, but they were all grayed out.
I seem to remember reading somewhere that you can't access the downloaded quests until your second play-through of the game. I've also heard that you have to play through the game three times to unlock some sort of extra. I have no idea what it is though.
I watched the Prelude Disc and it has two Trailers for the game, both anime openings from the game, and two interviews with the game's developers. I kind of wish they had included some conceptual art on the disc, but I got it free so I can't really complain.

Got a Japanese Neo Geo CD off of Craigslist yesterday from a local collector. $80 bucks, it came with 8 games which are KoF 94, KoF 95, KoF 97, KoF 98, Samurai Spirits, Samurai Spirits II, Real Bout: Garou, and ASO II. No cases unfortunately.
http://i793.photobucket.com/albums/yy211/Jasonb1983/Finds/P3020028.jpg
I'm probably going to sell off all the games save for ASO II. I enjoy vs. fighters, but I'm well aware of the Neo Geo CD's atrocious loading times, and they make the vs. fighting games pretty much unbearable to play. Besides, I picked up all the SNK fighting game anthologies for the PS2.

I hope you bought the import version of Orochi Saga, because the US version is a bugged up mess of a game.
Anyway. I went to the flea market, found a copy of The Neverhood in a small binder, but the booth clerk refused to sell the disc to me because apparently, the booth owner told her that he was keeping the binder. Then WHY THE HELL WAS THE BINDER IN THE PILE OF THINGS TO CLEAR OUT? Agh. :( So a little while later I saw a guy with a cartful of books and CDs... He gives a really cheap price to someone who got there before me so I took a gamble, grabbed almost every CD he had (and one book), asked for a price - and he said $4!

Hehe. Ani isn't for everyone, but that's a pretty good album. 32 flavors got some play in an NFL ad featuring some player that has number 32. Pretty funny for the NFL to use an Ani song at all if you ask me, but they probably didn't listen to the words

I actually have two of her albums already (http://rateyourmusic.com/collection/Foxhack/strm_a/Ani+DiFranco/1), and had a third one years back (Little Plastic Castle) but I sold that one to an FYE for credit.
I ripped the Flamin' Groovies album and god damn, that's one hell of a blind buy. It's pretty awesome - other than the stupid price sticker ON THE FRONT COVER. I mean, on the -actual- paper. I removed the sticker but there's still glue on it... gotta figure out a way to remove it.

Nothing big but heres what i got
both finds were at antique malls (i love antiquing! :D)
First up remember i asked you guys about a power glove sensor. one of you guys said to get it just incase.. well i didn't get it even though it was still there.
i found something slightly even better that i need to find a home for now haha
http://i226.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/car_show_fan/carshows2/SearsPongPowerCable.jpg
Sears "Pong" power cable in really good shape no cuts no tears no anything like new pretty much. Kinda wish the dealer had the machine to go with it but hey now i got a cable just incase i find a pong machine missing its power cable or if someone needs a power cable for theirs :D
Bought it for $1
next find isn't video game related at all
First off as you know i love antiques. Every item tells a story and i love stories so thats my bond with antiques.
Well this while kinda newer is no exception
http://i226.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/car_show_fan/carshows2/Matchbox1.jpg
its a original match box case. Alright kinda cool already what car does it have?
well before i continue i must also tell you i am car guy. I love cars. I also like rally racing after purchasing my subaru wrx a few years back. So i saw this and it made me fall in love with it instantly
http://i226.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/car_show_fan/carshows2/Matchbox2.jpg
you non rally/car people will instantly go "well what is it" i know
Well what this is. Its 1983 match box brand new in its original case as you were to buy it in stores back in 1983.
The car that it carries is a "Ford Escort RS200"
http://planetagadget.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/ford-rs200-1.jpg
this car is special because in Rally Racing's golden years (1970s-1980s) this car was winning races left and right due to its new fancy All Wheel Drive (AWD) system and turbo fed motor
these cars were winning rallies right around the time this toy was made so very cool
I bought this little guy for $5

Halo 3 Essentials(360) $5
Blast Lacrosse(PS1) $3
Kinect Sports(360) $4
The Halo 3 essentials disc is the bonus disc that comes with the legendary edition of Halo 3. So I didn't get the cool Spartan helment but I ended up paying alot less(I already have mutiple copies of Halo 3) and it's sealed. Blast Lacrosse was in shitty condition due to the previous owner apparently dropping the entire case in water. Even though the water damage happened awhile ago the manual and back case art are permanently warped. Luckily I still was able to sell it for a decent price.
Kinect Sports was actually marked $24.99(a Target return) and sat in the game case at that price in Goodwill for well over a month. It was heavily taped up over the entire case. Luckily I have a friend who works there and she charged me the much more affordable price of $4. After taking all the tape off the case and using some goobegone the damage had already set in and the case sleeves were badly warped. So I had to put it in a spare non-purple colored case but for $4 I can't really complain.
http://i494.photobucket.com/albums/rr306/THE-1-2-P/GEDC0302.jpg
Super Smash Bros(N64) $2
Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards(N64) $2
Virtual Vivid demo(3DO) $40
The N64 games were more Goodwill finds. The Virtual Vivid demo was a rare find indeed, not for the disc itself but for the actual case. In the Digital Press Collector's Guide Advance edition Joe says this about the Virtual Vivid demo:
An annoyance to collectors, packaging-wise. Don't bother looking for a CD cover or long box. The CD was originally sold shrinkwrapped in a generic CD case. Cheap bastards.
There is nothing generic about this case, as it's a full color bi-fold case with a sleeve affixed to the inside to hold the disc and information and pictures on all of Vivid's current and future 3DO porn games, along with a diagram of a 3DO controller and how to navigate the movie screens and some other cool info. I'm not sure who does the price guide info but they are definitely going to want to update this one because finding this case is second only to finding the Air Raid case. Now if only this could sell for as much as that did:hmm:

Goo Gone. I remove stickers from NES and Gameboy boxes with it, first heat up the stickers with a hair dryer and use Goo Gone to clean up what's left. Usually you can't tell there was ever a sticker, just don't let it soak on the paper too long. I dab it up quickly immediately after removing the sticky stuff then use a damp paper towel(with water) to wipe off any excess.

Lighter fluid. You put some on a paper towel and it should take away the glue without damaging the album. I do it all the time since it is not as strong as googone.

Isn't the paper glossy? I don't soak it and everything has been fine so far. I haven't tried manuals yet but NES and Gameboy boxes are fine. Value Village likes to put price stickers directly on those, same with book dust jackets for some stupid reason($79.99 in the display case with a the price stickered on it  ).
I did use some damp paper towels to clean some dirty Genesis manuals awhile back, every page was covered in dirt. Nothing ruined when I was done with them.
I've heard of people using lighter fluid successfully, I just don't want to buy some as I don't need it for anything else.

I don't have access to Goo Gone anymore (nobody stocks the stuff locally - the only store that did went bankrupt two years ago, and when I finally bought a bottle, my brother threw it out thinking it was garbage!) so I tried a bit of alcohol... and it worked. Mostly. I kinda faded out the artwork a teensy bit... ugh.
Eh, it works. If I ever stumble upon another copy, I'll buy it and swap out the front insert.

I've been able to access some of the quests my first time through. What I'm seeing is that some quests - mostly non-DLC ones - show up greyed out in the menu at the Quête stands in-game and can't be selected. Haven't figured out why yet.
I watched the Prelude Disc and it has two Trailers for the game, both anime openings from the game, and two interviews with the game's developers. I kind of wish they had included some conceptual art on the disc, but I got it free so I can't really complain.
There is concept art in the game itself. As you complete various game tasks, it'll unlock concept art in one of the airship menus. There's text with it too, but doesn't do you much good if you don't speak Japanese of course.

I just thought of something else. I've noticed that some of quests have a star with number beside them. I think the numbered star represents the Hunter rank you need to be at before you can access that quest. Until you're at the right rank, the quest will be grayed out. Is this what you're referring to?

Sears "Pong" power cable in really good shape no cuts no tears no anything like new pretty much. Kinda wish the dealer had the machine to go with it but hey now i got a cable just incase i find a pong machine missing its power cable or if someone needs a power cable for theirs :D
Bought it for $1
Yes kids, remember, using an Atari 2600 power supply on your Pong consoles is very bad for them. The Pong power supply puts out about half the voltage of the VCS power supply.

i noticed when i got home i compared it with one of the 2600 power supplies i had. They are very very similar except some numbers on the pong one is half what the 2600's is
and the prong you plug into the machine is slightly different looking too
i figure if you were to try it might work at first... for like a few seconds and then burn out something very important lol

Got Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded for DS for $19.99 at Best Buy.
Though it sounds like it's an old sale and somebody at my local store forgot to remove the sticker on the shelf. Scanned at regular price, so I had to ask for the special.
Seeing as it's a cellphone port, hope it's at least worth that price. :)

Not very exciting but picked up Pokemon White for £25 today from Morrisons. Probably the cheapest it's going to be for a while.
However have just realised that takes me up to 20 DS games in total. Woo.

This booth had about 6 copies of Microcosm and Novastorm (each), plus that lone copy of Lemmings Chronicles. I found those other CDs in the same box and a Phil Collins ...Hits (http://rateyourmusic.com/release/comp/phil_collins/___hits/) CD, but the seller wanted $2 for each CD, so I left old baldy behind. :P I may pick it up tomorrow, dunno yet. I asked if she would lower the price to $10 and she agreed.
The Golden Palominos, well, I have no idea who they are. But one-time Information Society member Amanda Palmer was a member of that band, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Plus hey, a boob in the cover! So classy.

Not those ones. I've been doing every mission as it comes so my rank is far above any of the requirements. The greyed out ones I'm seeing have no level requirement, and since I don't read Japanese I can't figure out why it's the case.

Congrats on getting your copy of the game. :) You and Vlcice are lucky that the quests were easy for you to download. I've been pulling my hair out over them and still don't have them. I don't use WEP encryption at home, which is all the non-DSi systems support, and I had no luck at two McDonalds and a Starbucks either. Whatever those businesses use, I guess the DS Lite is too outdated for it. I'm probably going to have to briefly switch my encryption at home one of these days, which is annoying, but at least it appears that the quests are done coming out so I should only have to do it once.
As for actually playing the quests, they're accessible with a completed file. DON'T start a second playthrough before playing them because it doesn't matter if you're playing for the second, third, or hundredth time, it still counts as being in the middle of the game rather than the end and the Wi-Fi quests won't be playable.
As for the extras, there's not much. Eventually in the game (during your first time), you'll have other versions of the DAHAK mech that you can buy and switch to. Well, when you play the second time, you can buy upgraded versions of each of those. And then during the third time, assuming you have bought all of those, you can buy the ultimate Omega version. It's nothing that exciting from what I've heard and seen. Basically just really good stat bonuses, but the game is so easy that stats barely matter. I think there's also something about buying all the parts in the game, either to access better parts in future playthroughs, or maybe that's another requirement for the Omega mech.

Here's something cool. Rich at ThisOldGame did a third and final run of some very special TRON marquees and mine arrived today...
http://www.classicplastic.net/digitalpress/finds/DP-Finds-2011-03-04%2801%29.jpg
Excuse the protective sheet, I'm going to be changing apartments in the next few months and wanted to keep this more or less packed up until then.
I'm sure many will figure out what's different about this marquee over the production one. Yup, it's ENCOM branded and is film accurate to the TRON marquee in TRON Legacy.
It's professionally screened onto glass and if anyone here has seen ThisOldGame's products in person or bought anything from them you know that their work is of the highest quality. This sucker is HEAVY.
Here's a peek under the paper, of course it would still need to be wiped down before being installed...

I got a little blurry with the camera on this one...
http://www.classicplastic.net/digitalpress/finds/DP-Finds-2011-03-04%2803%29.jpg
UPS beat the box up pretty good but Rich is the man and knows how to pack his products.
I don't own a TRON cabinet but I intend on building a light box for this once I move and get re-situated. I would eventually like to own a TRON cab but it's not super high on my arcade priority list. Of course having this thing built into my headstone has crossed my mind as well. LOL
Having missed the boat on the original and second run really bummed me out, especially after seeing a sample of the marquee at last year's California Extreme. Damn stoked that I was able to get in on the final run of them and I almost missed that as well.

Risk
Battleship
all CIB and in mint shape

then i found a Game.com. never thought i'd find one of these floating around at a goodwill or thrift store.
Paid 2 bucks for it. not in the worlds best shape but looked decent. and still had its battery door and stylus and it came with a game called Lights Out
I got it to turn on after buying it some new batteries. Everything works and sounds good .....

Interesting. I'll have to remember that once I've completed the game. Oh, and I sympathize with you regarding your DS wi-fi issues. My Dad's router was so old and slow that my DS could never connect. Fortunately, my Dad upgraded to better router, so that issue was solved.

I also got a couple audio CDs, one by Johnny Cash who I have more albums by (if you count everything, both vinyl and CD) than any other recording artist.

CDs $1 each
Sonntag / Sonntag
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles OST (promo / damaged artwork)
The Moog Cookbook - plays the classic rock hits "Ye Olde Space Bande" (UPC punch)
The Ten Commandments - The Musical
I found these in a booth that had two boxes stacked with promo CDs. Most were either in good shape, but missing the front cover or booklet, or were complete but in horrible shape. Moog Cookbook is a bunch of rock songs played with a Moog synthesizer. Highlights: Born To Be Wild, Hotel California, Ziggy Stardust. o_O Sonntag was the random purchase of the day, and it's pretty neat. The TMNT soundtrack, well, I already own the one for part two. I actually found the third soundtrack a few weeks ago but it was damaged so I left it. :p
And... The Ten Commandments. Normally I skip over anything that's religious in any way, but. Val Kilmer? In a musical? AS MOSES? Whatthefuck! Apparently this was a pretty popular stage play, and there was no official soundtrack released; this is a promo CD. No UPC, no label, no catalog number. It's weird. I haven't listened to it yet, but I imagine it'll be okay.
The Neverhood - $2
I went back to the booth, asked the guy about the binder and he said that he usually doesn't sell the stuff in those binders because they contain operating systems. But I told him "It's just a game" and he said "Oh okay." Score!

Bought that iPhone from a friend the other day, $75. I checked with AT&T and they warned me that if I used it as a phone that the data plan would be charged to my account, so I'm going to use it as a touch. It's a pretty cool little machine! Set up wi-fi and got netflix going, manga to read, music to listen to and so on. The wife saw me on netflix and now she's jealous ;)
But looking at the price that people pay for these things, I'm almost considering selling this, along with our 2 old ipods and getting 2 new Ipod Touches!
Ordered a few games from Cmosfm on eBay...
Voyeur - CD-i
Penguin Land - SMS
The Best of Moldiver - Anime OST
And also won an auction for Evolution 2 for Dreamcast.
I think I mentioned that I bought all 3 .hack G.U. games from Gamestop.com's buy 2 get 1 free sale and what do you know? They arrived all disc only. Returned them to the store and got...
Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (PSP)
Valhalla Knights 2 - PSP

The N64 games (Ms. Pac-Man, Command and Conquer, and Diddy Kong Racing) were $2 a piece. They have annoying "2"s written on their labels in marker. I'll have to try one of the marker-removing methods suggested here. They were found at a garage sale this morning.

From the local chain game store:
Krazy Kreatures (NES): $5
Karate Champ (NES): $1

This place is usually so overpriced, but they always have Genesis games for really cheap. SNES games are rarely that price unless they are sports games.

I had a factory sealed copy of that Ninja Gaiden pc game that I got from EB several years ago when they were clearancing them out for 99 cents. I remember I couldn't get any bids when I listed it for $30 and then $20 for a couple months. Finally I just started the bidding at $9.99 and it ended for a little over $70. Blah I didn't realize Radiant Historia was out. I'm so behind on releases for the year already. Prinny 2, Tactics Ogre, Hyperdimension Neptunia...and now Radiant Historia. Heck, I still need P3P and Valkyria Chronicles II yet!
I had to stop by a Best Buy out of the way from me to pick up an item my local one didn't have and right next to it was a St Vincent dePaul thrift. I decided to stop in and as soon as I walked in, I remembered why I don't frequent thrifts. The store was in severe disarray and everything felt/looked dirty. I'm not a clean freak by any stretch of the imagination but it felt like the stuff on the shelves was recovered from a dumpster instead of donated (or if you will...it was donated from a dumpster :ass:) I left empty handed but I did spy CIB copies of Pokemon Soul Silver they wanted $25 for and a NHL hockey game by Sega for the Saturn I already had (no idea on price).
I stopped into several GS stores that were in the area and a Blockbuster store that was closing down but none of them had anything worthwhile. At one of the GS stores I saw the signage for Pokemon Black and White and saw the Celebi download ended on Sunday (today!). I came back to the house, grabbed my DS and my copy of Diamond and went back up to my local GS. Turned it on, got my Mystery Gift, and now I have Celebi and that was the only find for me on Saturday. :|
We're supposed to head up to the local flea today so we'll see what we happen upon. :)

Yeah, I was going to say Ninja Gaiden isn't worth much. I just got it for the sake of buying a cool old PC game. Maniac Mansion on the other hand is worth a little.
At the flea market today, not really worth pics. A random booth had a lot of Atari and NES commons as well as a few N64 and SNES, but most were ones I already had and of little value (or worthless sports games). They were cheap ($1 and $2 a piece) so I got a few I wanted.
Street Fighter 2 Alpha (SNES), Midway Arcade Treasures (N64), Rad Racer II (NES), and Three Stooges (NES) all for $5.
The copy of Three Stooges is to replace my copy with a bad label, and Rad Racer II is new to the collection. Yes, for some odd reason I care that my copy of Three Stooges had a messed up end label.

So I hit a small local indoor flea market, maybe 15 vendors in total..

Gold Carts obscure titels with the switch in the back, such as Big Nose the Caveman (Nintendo) Nintendo NES video game..
DR Mario,Yoshi Story,Yoshi's Cookie.,Caveman Games,Crusty,Bart Simpston,Flintstones-I think the harder to find one.
