Hello hello, and many thanks for allowing me in through the "Old Drunks/Slobbering Fools" entrance. :cheers: I'm here to talk gaming and eat potted meat from the can, and I'm nearly outta' potted meat, soooooo....
I have a story or three to tell, as I suppose we all do, but I'll just drop the condensed version on you for now... I began my long and substance-filled obsession with video games on my old TelStar Arcade, graduated to the Atari 2600, found out that there were these groovy places called "arcades", and the rest is history.
At this point in my life, I get my kicks mostly on the DS systems and the PS2, though I'm not above a tantric all-nighter with my sweetest go-to friends, NES and GBA SP. I'll tell ya, when those two get together, its total sensory melt-down!
I'll no doubt be needing some help at times, with things like game reviews and technical stuff. See, I am getting old, kids; I dont see so well, I'm bloated, and I am quite often inebriated.
Well, glad to be aboard! Is there a quiet corner somewhere where I can sit, sip a drink, and NEVER have to hear any of the following terms/words:
-PS3
-Halo
-X-Box
-Noob
-OMG!
-Bytes, bits, or similar
-ROM
-Reality Show
-Cell phone pix
-Boy Band
