Hey guys, just stumbled on this on ebay, thought it looked really cool, especially for collector's who love rock, like I do!
Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon arranged for NES by Brad Smith. Created using Famitracker, sound rendered with NSFplug.

The auction is from a scalper that bought out the original run and jacked up the price. The original maker is working on another run, so if anyone wants to buy it, they should wait a bit.

Just too bad Pink Floyd suck, :)

What would be cool is a remake let's say of Streets of Rage and this would be the boss: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vshjpTQtN3M and this would be on a level on SOR3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B72kMTgaSU0 (Think it's that one with the party levels).

I refuse to acknowledge that there are people out there who don't like Pink Floyd.

Just too bad craig182 sucks. Pink Floyd is about as close to musical perfection as it gets. Google "Gilmour is God" if you don't believe it. Oh, and my son got to fall asleep to the Rock-a-bye Baby versions of Pink Floyd when he was a baby...raising him up right.

P.S. No hard feelings craig182. I'm sure you just had a Momentary Lapse of Reason, no need to bang your head on The Wall. :band:

I like the first two albums. That's about it. The rest bored the hell out of me. Half the people I mention this too agree wholeheartedly (though most of these haven't heard the first two albums), the other half are ZOMGWTFHUH? I suppose I get it, but I sorta don't.

Wait wait... you're saying that people agree that the first two Pink Floyd albums are the best?

I hope you don't think Dark Side of the Moon is the first Pink Floyd album. In fact, I had many albums before that, and I find it hard to believe that someone would prefer the earliest ones (which were extremely experimental and weird) over the more mainstream albums. Especially someone who hasn't listened extensively.

If I am mistaken, ignore this :)

Someone who makes reference to Blink-182 (one of the shittiest bands ever) in their name is in no position to talk about any band sucking.

Piper at the Gates of Dawn and Saucer Full of Secrets were indeed what I was referring to. The friends that tend to agree with me like them because they are experimental and unique and feel that most of what came later was boring and rather mainstream/radio friendly. In a technical sense, I feel the later albums were impressive, but still boring. The first two albums were fun to listen to. The later ones were kind of a chore and a bit depressing, not that there isn't a few songs here and there that aren't good, there are. But hey, that's just me and some people I know. I can understand why some folks like the later stuff, but they just aren't everyone's cup of tea. I always find it unfortunate that so many fans never even listened to the first two albums. I usually blows their minds the first time. I never liked Floyd until someone said, "No, listen to THESE and behold," and I did, and it was Good. Er, they were good.
