Considering getting one. It will be my first HD console (I've been on PC for a while now). What are the best games to get on it? I'm considering Epic Mickey 2, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Darksiders 2, or Ninja Gaiden 3. I was against Ninja Gaiden 3, but heard that the Wii U version was better than the PS3/Xbox 360 versions.
Went in to a Best Buy last week and they had Wii U in stock, both models. It looks like resellers are going to lose this time around.
Darksiders 2 is a really crappy game. Watered down combat system compared to the first game, god awful storyline that they feel the need to force 10 minutes of it on you at a times with quest story sequences being just as long(come on, reallY?,) and a ton of very long ridiculously boring puzzles. It has screen tearing further kills the experience on both the PS360, but knowing what I know now, even if it didn't have the screen tearing, I still wouldn't get it.
I'd say Tekken Tag 2. I haven't played it, but from the Tekken fans I know, it's a good game. I'd think it'd be the best because there are more characters than ever before, you can play 2v2 or 1v1. The Wii U version has a mushroom mode which looks really cool, and also Nintendo costumes for all the characters.
