MorphGear is a mult-console emulator for Windows and Pocket PC. While the Windows version is free, the Pocket PC version requires registration for some the the modules it uses to emulate various systems. I have tested it with TG16, SNES, and Genesis games, and it's emulation is pretty good. If you feel like giving it a try:
