Hey there I played through Blue Chicago Blues for the laseractive this weekend and recorded it. Where would be the best place to upload it and could anyone help me with the process. This game is very obscure and just wanted to preserve the video. Thanks!!

Awesome news!
Chrontendo uses Archive.org, many people use Vimeo or Dailymotion, and YouTube works too. Any of those would be welcome, but Archive will probably give you the best quality for downloading and the most options, while the streaming quality on Vimeo seems to be highest.

I've been watching old subtitled episodes of GameCenter CX, and it seems that murder mysteries were a fairly popular genre on consoles in Japan back then. I guess they thought that moving to full motion video was the next step in the evolution of that game style. But then reality sank in when everybody was pulled out of the game by horrific voice work and incompetent actors. I wonder if that genre has completely faded over there, or if there's a trickle of games still being made now.

What would you call the Phoenix Wright games if not murder mysteries? There's no shortage of similar games, like the Jake Hunter series.

Ive watched alot of GamecenterCX and Ive noticed that as well. I would just attribute it to the Japanese liking alot of rpg/text heavy games.
