Japanese PSP and PS1 Game Recommendations (Music or Action)

Please recommend some Japanese PSP games for me. I prefer action and/or music games that cost $20 or less before S&H/P&P. I have a small, basic understanding of some Japanese including Hiragana and Katakana. Thanks!
