TurboGrafx CD not working :/

I bought a Turbografx 16 with the Power Base, and the CD attachment. It took me forever to find a power cable for it, and now that I have, I'm still not getting anything out of it. Does anyone on here know of a person who specializes in these that will repair them for a decent price?
