Was hoping there would be another classic arcade ornament this year. I've been collecting those.

I was right next to a Hallmark store a couple days ago, I wish I'd have thought to go in. I'd love a Dreamcast ornament.

I like all of these trinkets and stuff, and I wish I could spend all day long filling up my man-cave with them like a toy-chest. However Christmas is about the Birth of our lord and savior Christ. who was instrumental in aniliating the Roman Empire. Even he had the temptation of the flesh. As they say
"The spirit is willing but the body is weak". Nowadays I cry thinking about all the lost time I missed out and moments between me and my family I never enjoyed. I think about the holiday dinners that allowed me to be introduced to my family members and the tasty food and all the gifts. You want something, then you might as well get a generic-plastic-star and put two dot eyes on it. Yeah we be like Mario-games and put dot-eyes on all the orniments and replace the reindeers with the princesses, Then we could have a golden Wario dropping golden poo ( Like in Wario Land series ) as another.
Then there could be Toad with his pitch-folk ( or Boo-Buddy-Bazooka ) fighting off the Kappa from Simcity. Then the angels could be Kid Icarus-linucus.

Cute stuff. I didn't even know Hallmark was doing game-themed ornaments.

I was at a mall with a Hallmark store back in October when my wife and I went on a "let's show the kids (who have never BEEN in a mall) a, um, mall" excursion. It was only my two youngest and my 13-year-old step daughter who went as the rest had virtual school. We drove to Appleton and hit up the Fox River Mall. Seeing the sheer number of cars there can make you doubt that malls are a thing of the past.

Anyway, I did see the Dreamcast ornament. With the type of plastic they chose, it looked a little on the cheap/cheesy side. It was nothing like the arcade machines they had years back. I didn't see any of the other ornaments as I probably would have picked up Isabelle (as you all know who is REALLY in charge of Nook, Inc.!).

I have the Sega Genesis one from a year or two ago, and picked up the Dreamcast one this year.
