Umm, I'm OK with that; I think the screen is good enough that I've been able to play it in reasonably dark spaces... maybe it's the hundreds and hundreds of hours put in on my GBC and GBA that I'm acclimated to that style of screen.

Looks pretty good. I wonder if someone could design one of these lights just for the NGPC.

Yea it just needs to be 3/8 inch longer to be perfect.

That is kind of cool. Maybe sometime I should do that to mine.

Now that's cool!

Is there some sort of on/off switch/button? How long did it take to install? What's the battery life like?

I didn't put in a switch , it turns on and off with the system.

It took 2 hours to put in , but I could do one in 30-40 minutes now that I know what I'm doing.

I use the rechargeable batteries , so it's kind of hard to tell . But it seems like it last about 90% of what it used to.

Well done, sir. I can't even see any blemishes from here. You have to hack up the plastic casing of the NGPC any like is required with the GBA?

Thanks . I didn't get any air or dust bubbles. Lucky me. :D

And you do have to cut a little plastic , but it's not as much as the GBA. It's still not for the faint of heart though. LOL

Cool, man. And I noticed in the pic where the area was lit, the screen didnt have that washed out look. Good job.

The pics really don't do it justice.
It's really nice and bright . I think it's even a little brighter than the GBA. (the voltage on the light might be a little higher )
And I haven't found a game yet that you notice the bottom 1/8 inch that isn't lit.

I'm going to do another one this week and may put it up for sell.
It's a blue one this time.
