Where they a counter to the SMS 3-D glasses? Do they work well?

They were intended for the famicom. I hear they were pretty cool, but few games used them. I think one konami 3d shooter used them (a tough but very cool game...dunno the title)....can't think of any others.
As far as their being like the SMS glasses, I think the technology was different. Anyone got any more word on that?

I have never used them but I have seen them on ebay a few times in new condition. There must be a stock fo them somewhere. The ones I have seen before were $20-$30.
