Maybe a few more are around but still these items are very very rare:
- 32x Virtual Hamster prototype
- 32x X-Men prototype
- Sega Megadrive Castlevania Bloodlines prototype
( it is around 50% finished, there are parts not included in the final game like a German Nazi Aircraft )
- 32x Darxide complete

The only thing remotely unique that I own is a Prototype for the NES Game Action Replay. I know dreamtr also has one, so I am guessing there are probably 2 of these in existence.
It has:
"Game Master"
"Master Kid (NTSC)"
"Sample"
on the label.

Well I do have alot of New + Sealed NES + SNES games but other than that, I do own a single monitor playchoice, double monitor playchoice, and a countertop version. The countertop version is practically brand new and has never been on location. I know there not that rare, but they are in like new condiiton I love them.

Yup. They came out with these around the time POkemon blue and red were real popular. It plugs into the back of the PSOne. It has a built in cheat trainer which was pretty handy for me to come up with new codes. It is called "Gamebooster". They also came out with a N64 version but I didn't buy that.

My brother just gave me his complete Single Run "Eidos Platinum Collection Final Fantasy VII" PC game in box. He says it was only printed in one run. And he literally got the first, AND last copy the store ever got in. They said they had it for 2 years and no one ever bought it. Only copy they ever got. $30. (I told him he should have haggled for it.)
Don't know how rare it is. And it's not a "Video" game. But it's funny.

I own a one-of-a-kind prototype: The Pink Panther (AKA Trail of the Pink Panther). Found it at a thrift store 11 years ago for $1.50-- what a rush! From what I understand no one has managed to find this game anywhere else. . .
Great game, by the way.

Who lives in Cleveland and wants to help me move this thing.
LOL
I drive down and help you move it....to my house! :P
Anyhow, I believe I've said it before a long time ago, but I've got a copy of Tron: Deadly Discs for INTV with a set of overlays signed by Sid Mead (I know he didn't work on the game, but I wanted his autograph and though this would be something "unique")
Two years later, I finally framed it.

I have a bunch of Mario toys I haven't seen anywhere else, even on The Mushroom Kingdom.
A small little frame picture thing from the 80s, that says 'Pac-Man' and shows Pac (the old drawing with the legs) running from a blue ghost.
And I don't think this counts, but I took pics from that Nintendo Super Mario Sunshine promo thing they held in san fransisco two years ago, and a recorded tape from when NBC did a bit on it. I haven't seen any other pictures of the event.

A while back, I posted the "SNES Control Deck Tester" as a one-of-a-kind" and that I didn't know of anyone else with one.
Then I was looking through the currentest "Tips and Tricks" in the "Collectors Closet" section at this months "Room of Doom" section and lo and behold, the guy has the same thing.
Anyone know who he is, and if he's a member here? I forget his name.

Stop me if you've heard this one before..
Actually, let me know if you have one of these too.
First is a Super NES Control Deck Tester. Used by Licensed "Nintendo World Class Service" professionals to well, test your SNES. It's very cool and neat to try out.
http://home.comcast.net/~jasoco/snescdt/testertop.jpg (http://jasoco.no-ip.com/gameitem.php?item=snescdt)
There's also a crudely "captured" video of it in action on that page.
I've only heard about one other instance of someone owning this thing and that was on a really old web page I found in Google. So unless that page belongs to one of you, I'd say I'm one of the only people with one of these.
Next I have a Photo Printer removed from a Pokémon Snap Kiosk. It's neat with video input that allows you to print from many sources. I THINK it can also output to stuff other than paper, but haven't played with it enough.

Both were gotten off eBay.
i have a super NES control deck tester.

Was your "Room" ever in an issue of um.. what's that mag called? Tips and Tricks or something? I recall one day flipping through and seeing someones spotlighted room and even though it was small, I clearly saw a Control Deck Tester.
Do you happen to know what any of the other buttons and functions are/do?

Even though it's no longer a "One of a kind", here's a fixed image as the other one was broken. (Click for detailed page.)

I can think of a few items:
I have an atari 2800 controller "mock up" shell that was actually a proto sample for the very few systems that were actaully produced.
I have two recently aquired sample CCE Atari 2600 instruction manual prototypes that have some different artwork in them than the final releases of the instructions.
Have a ROMOX EPCP 2600 cart with Soccer on it. Certainly THAT is one of a kind.
Have a 2600 Demon Attack prototype with an official Atari lab loaner label on it. Don't know what the deal on this one is. It's most likely one of kind though.
Wanted to state that I also own a proto of Tapper for 2600. It was mentioned by someone else way earlier in the thread. Good times! :P

not one of a kind... but I've never seen another..
I have a Promo SNES Killer Instinct t-shirt that is compressed in to a rectangle that is 4" wide, 3" tall, 2" deep and it has Fulgor on the label. Made by PakTites. It sits on the shelf next to the other Video game compressed t-shirts I have..

I know I don't own any game related one of a kinds. I posted about this in another thread a few secs ago and thought about it. I have this:
I haven't found any records in odd places, although I am the proud owner of a misprinted copy of Rush's Exit Stage Left. I'm a huge Rush fan, and it's a factory error. The record's label on side 3 or 4 is way off center. If anybody knows about there being a limited run of these style misprints, please let me know! Haven't ever been able to find another one like it.
