Try #RGVC on EFNet. A few of the people here hang out there. You can try it from a JAVA app available at the 'Live Chat' link on the left menu.

There's also #vbender on EFnet, though in some ways it's more like an extension of our Off-Topic forum. But when there IS a chat there, you can bet your sweet bippy - or a sweet-and-sour bippy, if you're ordering Chinese - that we talk some games. :D
