I've trimmed down my collection over the years from just about every game system ever made (minus the Bandai Playdia, FM Town Marty) to the following systems as of 19. Feb. 2007:

Sega Mega Drive
Sega Saturn (Grey & White versions)
Nintendo Famicom
Sony Playstation 2

I'll be rebuying a Super Famicom in the future, but still have a few games left (Macross: SV and Hokuto No Ken 6) from my last collection. Then I have 3 arcade cabs in my private gaming room which are IKARI III: The Rescue, Neo:Geo 2-Slot, and RASTAN. I'm currently working on building a cabinet for my full kit + marquee of the Konami Cold War era shooter MX 5000, and plan to put a Final Fight cab in the collection within the next year from a guy I know who has one sitting around. :guitar:

Don't think I ever posted on this one, but I've had the same Atari 2600 (first version) since around 1982, NES since 1988, Gameboy since 1990, Genesis 1990-1996, SNES since 1992, N64 since 1997, and XBOX since 2003. I also have PS1 games I play on the PC with Emu. Don't have any other systems, don't really want them, don't have room either.

A gerneral picture of the video game display listed below. Most of the consoles are pictured in my 'Room of Doom'. The link:

I'm really pissed off about not having a 3DO. My local game store (Level Up if you happen to live in the Athens, AL area) had one with about 6 games for $50. I saved up the money to go and buy it, but it was gone :( Oh well, scored an Odyssey2 down there with 7 games for $10, so its not too bad.

Currently own:

Launch day Dreamcast.
First gen Genesis with the EXT port on the back and "High Definiton Graphics" but it has the hard plastic feet and the "Produced by or under license from Sega Enterprises" on boot up.
First gen Sega CD (more on this later)
Softmodded Xbox.

What I've owned:
Toaster NES
Original Gameboy
GBA SP NES Edition.
GameGear
Model 2 Genesis
CDX
32x
Saturn
PS1
Slim PS2
GameCube

The first gen Sega CD is a new addition. I actually got it yesterday for $10 shipped because it wasn't working. Did a bit of research online and found that the fuse is a common problem. Opened it up and that's all it was, back to full working order. The only drawback is I wasn't the first person to open it and whoever did wasn't the most subtle person. Cosmetically it has seen better days. The lock switch on the left hand side is missing, the metal plate on top is gone, the faceplate has a chunk taken out of it on the upper right side where the drive tray closes, the little plastic diffusers that go over the Access/Power LEDs are gone and some of the internal shielding was a little "marred." Still for $10, in my opnion, is pretty damn good. Now I just need to get a couple games for it. :)

I've also got a small assortment of other little electronic game machines, like a few Game and Watch units, '70s LED handhelds, and a couple Coleco tabletops.
