They've got some nifty stuff at good prices...but I'm always wary of HK shops (accept for the more reputable ones) - has anyone shopped with them?

About a year back with no problems. They usually have some interesting (goofy) stuff that you can't find anywhere else.
Be careful!! I have a friend who purchased a "new" MegaDrive 2 from them as it looked ligitimate, when he got it it was a pirate system. :(

I don't really like buying from people in Hong Kong, except from some ebay users and playasia. Unfortunate that the pirating there has discouraged some people from buying from even the honest HK sellers of legit goods.

I bought a Wonderswan Color bundle and a Famicom SOund Museum disc from them a few weeks ago. I am very satisfied; you can see my review on www.resellerratings.com if you search for "A. I. Trading".
Oh, andI forgot to mention that their customer service is really good--if you want to not use EMS for shipping (as they automatically charge it), just ask if they could use a cheap shipping method and they'll send Airmail which takes about 1 week and costs like half as much as EMS.

Someone hady a problem with them but I can't remember who. I remember because I was going to buy some stuff from their until I read about their incident.

I bought my complete boxed PC Engine Duo from them about a year ago and it was a flawless transaction. There was a slight delay in shipping my order after the time it was placed, but they rebounded and shipped the large heavy package Fed Ex overnight for FREE and threw in a complete Darius Plus game to boot!
I'm not so sure if I'd buy much from them again, but at least my one transaction went smoothly.

I bought my Famicom A/V from them when the price was much lower and I don't recall having any problems with it getting to me or in something other than the described condition.
