im more of a collector than a gamer.....i can find time to spend the $$$ on games...but i have a hard time finding the time to play them...

i find myself more a collector than a gamer. May be to the fact that many games aint all that interesting to play because their rush jobs.

Im with Tholly. I spend more time looking for games, cleaning games, cataloging games, and arranging games than I do playing them.

I am more of a gamer than a collector. I "collect" the games I am interested in playing. I buy a game, play it, and when I beat it I look for another game to buy, so naturally my actuall collection of games is small. Some of the games I have I don't like, but I don't sell games. I keep all the games I buy, even If I hate them.

No. Nope and nope. I do no hunting aside from what's at the stores when I'm there. I'll occasionally stop by a thrift and will pick up any deals I see.

But generally I really am a poor collector. I have no idea what I have. My games of old that I own are beat to shit.. FROM ME! LOL Boxes have long been thrown (I just bought Zelda for the GC w/ the adapter included.. and just threw away the exterior cardboard box :D). Also I'm sure many things are lost or misplaced in various places or another. I just own them. I don't display or catalog or look to "complete" anything. I'll bet if I look under the stairs in my mom's house, I'd find a couple of carts I remember having. That's about it :|

Dont get me wrong I play alot of games. More then most casual gamers. But then again I spend alot (probably more then I should) on games and memorbilia I never touch. But to be honest I enjoy organizing my collection more then playing it. So I am definatly more of a collector then gamer.

I guess you could say I'm all gamer...the only games in my collection are games that I like to play. However, I want to have at least the box and manual for all my games (eventually) and enjoy having various kinds of game memoriabilia, which I suppose would make me part collector.
