Ok, I've been watching the release date for this Xbox title...and you know what?
It's been removed...I don't know what's going on. Yet PS2 is getting now on Sept 1st (Shipped August 31st)
The source comes from www.ebworld.com...after being discourage from this cancellation it seems...the PS2 verison will cost....$9.99

As I said in the other topic (:P), the people at the XS Games forum say that it may still come out for XB. And unless it's a really nice PS2 port, it'll probably have jaggies. That said, for 10 bucks, ya can't lose.

Damn it, I wanted the Xbox Live ranking from the Japanese version.
XS did it most recently with Pure Pinball AND the Japanese original of Shikigami 2 for Xbox has it so I was hopeful.
Will the PS2 version have any sort of online ranking?
Will the cover be as bad as the XS version of Shikigami 1?

AFAIK, XS didn't actually "make" (shit on) the MLF games themselves, so CS2 should be fine.
And browsing through their boards, they say both XB and PS2 by the end of the year. Hmm.

I'd like it to be released for PS2, seeing as I don't have an Xbox to play it on. Anyway, I hope this game is translated better than Mobile Light Force (Also translated byXS games) where one character's name was translated as
"MILF 3000" LOL That one had me on the floor laughing!

This is awesome! I have the game for Dreamcast and I was hoping it would be ported to the US gamecube. Had no idea that it was scheduled for Xbox or PS2.... but less than ten duckets? That is SOOOO worth it!
By the way, I just beat Shenmue 1 and I had to tell someone. Lucky you! ^_^

Shenmue 1 was awesome...but I feel so bad for fans....because in Shenmue 2 so much happens...and DC owners only got a taste of the full pie...

the dreamcast got shenmue 2 also, the better version, the really pretty PAL release. :)

I know, but I meant for just US Gamers in general when Sega screwed us out of Shenmue 2 on DC.
Storyline is incredible....

I just got back from EB. I pre payed for the game. They said it will be in on 11.15! and the $9.99 at POS is indeed correct.
