Does it exist? Yes or No, ive had kamino shoutin (as he always does) that it doesnt exist, but i read this article in my magazine which ill post on here...

So far as my research shows, this game was never released in the USA or Japan. The ROM is floating around on the 'net, but no cart or proto has been discovered.
However, if anyone has some VB protos, i'll pay good money for them....
Woah, media on Faceball for the VB, that's a surprize! Yeah, it definatley does exist (check my site, http://projectvb.vze.com under Prototype Pics/Info). However, the ROM is not floating around the 'net, but the cart has been discovered.

What he has a picture of is an ad for issue #23 of Retrogames magazine. That ad has been in Edge and Games TM if I'm not mistaken.
