SMB2J Rom in NES Format?

I know there is a SMB2J Rom in NES Format out there somewhere, I just cant find it. Also I know loopy made a IPS patch file for it also, but can not find it lol. I am looking for the one that looks identical to the real thing. I found one, but on the title screen it says "1999 YY" instead of "1985 Nintendo". Does anyone know where I can get this at? Ive searched goodle for a while and came up short. Thanks Alot
