I've already PLAYED Halo 2.. a LOT! I beta'd that thing a ton sitting in my friends homes challenging our other pals via Xbox live. I've played a lot of Halo 2. And yeah I'll probably snag it when it comes out.


However....having said that, Katamari Demacy is a lot more fun at the moment :D

One of my buddies works in the same building at the Xbox testing facility. I don't think he has ever snuck in to test any games, though (he was apparently away most of the summer, doing geophysics).

They will get it anf find outs its not as great as they wanted and that microsoft has being saying for how long now? They will probably revolt and boycott videogame stores :P LOL

I've only read the last page of this thread, and if I read any more my head woud probably explode. At any rate, I'm pretty sure most of that quote was tongue in cheek marketing. I doubt anyone at MS really thinks there's a bunch of people just sitting around staring at the claendar and drooling over this game. Call it marketing, call it hype, call it whatever you want, but it's obviously working... afterall it got 4 pages worth of publicity on this board. The whole point of things like this is to get people talking about the game, and it did. Now, stop taking everything so seriously, you only have 26 days, 14 hours, 39 minutes, and 15 seconds to go!!!

perfect dark: good game, but had the same HUGE problem that goldeneye had, YOU COULDN'T JUMP

halo: very fun game. there is nothing wrong with it, as long as you realize that there are other games out there.

halo 2: i am actually more excited to gta:sa than halo 2, so i guess there hype didn't work on everybody. i may be a collector, but i have enter the matrix and ENJOY the game. i rock at matrix.
