I finally sat down this weekend and started inventoring my collection. I'm about 1/10th the way through it and I was surprised at the ammount of R5 games I have. I've been collecting so long I've forgotten a lot of what I own.

Looks really nice, are you using Game Collector?

Also, how exactly do you set up the details pages like that?

Yea I bought it on Friday after giving up on Access. I hated the standard colors so I downloaded a new template from their website until I can hack together one of my own. I also renamed teh "Extras" list to "Components" and add some stuff to the list like cart, booklet, case, complete, sealed... just so I know how complete a game I have is. I also added a Rarity and Worth field. I must admit its damn easy to use and pretty accurate when pulling info off the net.

If you have a lot of stuff I'd recommend it for ease of use.

Is there a free version of game collector or similar program?

Trial version lets you input 50 games but I think some of the advanced reporting features maybe disabled.

I think I have more then 50 games...I want a collecting program but dont want to spend the money on it because im cheap. Right now I just type everything I have in word.
