View Full Version : Gamecube Keyboard in U.S.A?

Hey i got gamecube, network adapter, and phantasy star online and it is SO sucky without a keyboard and i was wondering if they are evry going to release it in the U.S. and if not does anyone know a place that i can order it off the net or any other methods of getting it? thanx \^_^/

NOTE, the GAME (NTSC I'm guessing) must have keyboard input programmed into it as well. For example, using a keyboard on animal crossing won't work. So even if you get a gamecube keyboard, make sure your gamecube GAME supports it.

Phantasy Star Online for GC DOES support the keyboards, and to the best of my knowledge there's ONE 3rd party keyboard available (by ASCII) but good luck getting one at any kind of reasonable price - in any kind of reasonable time. I did a little research because like you, I have a hard time adjusting to this game without being able to type to teammates online, but came up rather disappointed.

If the situation has gotten better I hope someone will clue me in! I still play the game and it hasn't gotten any easier (even though I've got the pre-built sentences practically memorized).

Well I can tell you for a fact that GC keyboards are like the proverbial gold dust here in Tokyo...

Can't get one for love nor money... :(
