Genesis/MegaDrive 2 Casemods?

Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you folks have modified the case on your Megadrive/Genesis 2 to make it more exciting, or maybe even replaced the case with a custom one or something 8-) I want to do something with mine but I need some inspiration :)

its not the case that matters its the games. I never really understood the point of putting blue led's and plexyglass inside a console.
