So get this:
All the Gamerush stores in Hawaii have to hold their used games 30 days before they are put on the shelf. It is some sort of law to protect people from thieves getting their games and then trading them in for cash. They call it a "pawn shop" law. What this means is they restock their used games everyday with stuff they bought 30 days ago. So ever day is my lucky day. I just go in and see what new 99cent games they have put out and pick them up. Today's score: DOA2, Marvel vs. Capcom, Capcom vs. SNK=$3.15
I know we have a thread about the 99cent finds but this seems strange enough to me to warrant a new post.
Anyone else have laws like this in their locality?
