Xbox Live Rebate Check?

I came home from work today and found in my mail slot a letter from microsoft. I thought this is weird, then I opened it up and it was a check from 14.99. I have no idea how or why I would get one. Anyone else get one?

I still have my check from that whole class-action overpriced Cd thing, since i didn't get it until it was long-expired as they mailed it to the wrong address.
