I think there's a version of one game where the European verison is better/has more than the US version, but I forget which title it is.

Not really. BIT Corp was based out of Europe but ultimately all of their games found their way to Telegames who published them for the US. The closest thing to a ColecoVision Euro "exclusive" is Meteoric Shower. I own a cartridge version of this game but to date I haven't confirmed if it's totally legit (from BIT Corp and not Adam's House).

That could be the CBS version of Victory.

The "American" version looked woefully incomplete. For example, the enemy is supposed to be able to release something called "Quarks," which hunt you down, but it doesn't happen. The entire game looks like it was rushed out before it was finished.

However, on the back of the box for the Roller Controller, is a photo-not a drawing- of Victory with a Quark attacking your gun.

I cannot say that I've ever actually gotten a cartridge copy, but I have heard about it from numerous people.

And that picture on the box was no drawing- it was in fact a photograph. The graphics did not look any better (a pity), but it probably did have complete gameplay, since the Quark was there.

Hm... I think that Colecovision METEORIC SHOWER AND TANK WARS from BitCorp are European version. I have these games complete in box and manual.

Yeah, so is Cosmic Crisis. But both Tank Wars and Cosmic Crisis were released in the US by Telegames. Meteoric Shower was not. Hence, a "Euro exclusive".
