WOW! That's huge!

How difficult would be for you to connect other JAMMA boards? Or do you really care just about this one game?

I've really only thought about Moonwalker. I had the board sitting in my closet for about 5 or 6 years. Finally did something with it and haven't put much thought into purchasing other boards.

Yea, the boxes coulda been smaller, but I wanted ample room to work on the inside and allow for the depth of the switches. Even at that size I still scraped my knuckles quite a bit.
I really like how the RJ-45 ports worked for the controllers, just that it requires a punchdown tool and crimper, kinda pricey if you don't have 'em already. But its nice and clean. The only problem with using UTP cable is that the individual wires are not strand but solid core, so I have to solder about 3 inches of stranded wire to each of the 8 wires inside the controllers so I can screw it down to the barrier terminals. Otherwise teh screw mashes and breaks the wire. Also I had to solder about 3 inches of UTP wire the stranded wires comming off of the harness, because I tried punching down stranded wire to the back of the RJ-45 ports, but needless to say it didn't work so well....

Also I ran into a problem with the board being Jamma and not Jamma+ but still having a 3rd player. However I found out that the mobo connectors in the case that I wouldn't use (power, reset, USB, HD light jumper pin connectors) fit perfectly on the extra 12 pins on the board, so with a little solder I got the 3rd controller to work.

Then after a little bit of cable management and zip ties it looks nice and clean on the inside.

I don't know if this is making any sence or not, but for anyone who has ever messed with this stuff I hope I provided some good ideas.

that is a really sweet set up

i love the joysticks...very nice job

just find a spacer to fill in that hole in the front and make custom labels instead of masking tape and your all set

wanna make those custom labels? lol I have no idea about how to make labels that look nice. I tried some sticker stuff from the craft store and it just didn't work out right.
