Does anyone know the copyright rulings on using pictures of Game Consoles / Drawings of Game consoles in Printed material?
I mean... if I were to say, put the likeness (Photograph or Drawn Picture) of a Nintendo / Nintendo Gamecube / Sega Genesis / etc, etc into a book that would be sold.. do I need to get the companies permission? Or is a Disclaimer somewhere in the book about who owns what good enough?
