Wow. Congrats on the new title, Garry. Oobgarm, what the heck is your avatar about?

P.S. - Don't even try to beat my Majongg Solitaire score. i put about 15 hours into it while at work, and am not afraid to do it again.

I'm not positive but I think yesterday marked a month since I re-took the Yahtzee trophy. I'd say my trophy for Pepsi Pinball is safe because no one's playing that game. Heck, I'm not playing it anymore myself... LOL

I just got a personal high at Asteroids...at least at the DP Arcade version of Asteroids. My earlier high was 35,010 but I just got 58,840 points which was enough to move me from 12th place into the top ten at #8. The one sad part is I knocked Bargora out of the top ten down to #11.

It's a bit later and I've now played a game of Moon Cave and I bettered my score by around 120 points. My high is now somewhere around 3047 points...I'm still in 3rd place in this one. Both the top two scorers are just over 7,500 points...

Then on to Pac-Man...this game I scored 64,250. Pretty decent but not my best. I scored 103,000 earlier today and my high is around 135,000.

Yeah, I'm on a stretch of playing various games...1 time each...just to see how I do. Now I'm starting up a game of Snake Classic. It still looks more like a worm than a snake to me. I'm currently in fourth place with 1,476 points...just over a thousand points shy of the leader. Hitting the start button...bah. Only 1,109...think I'll play one more game...Yahtzee...and call it a day.

I have the current top score on Yahtzee...got it on June 9. That was at least the 2nd time I took the top score on that game. The current jackpot is 1255...that'd be nice to win. Ahhh, not mean to be. A mere 299 score this time, 49 points shy of my current record.

I'm trying to get into the top 10 of Pac Man and Word Scramble.

DAMMIT!!!!

Over the course of three days (during whatever free time I've had), I've been playing Scrabble Blast, because it's an easy, fun game, with a high score goal that's possible as long as you're willing to invest the time into it.

The high score is 50,000 or something. I was up to 35k, which is a lot, since most scores are 20-30 each. I then mistakenly hit the back button on my browser, clearing my score before I could even submit it. I would have been in 3rd if I quit there, but that's not the point. I wanted the trophy.

Question:

If you do play an arcade game like this, over the course of a few days+, will it still accept your score once you submit as long as you're still logged in and haven't deleted cookies or anything? I want to know for sure before I invest any more time into this, because you'd have to play for like 10 straight hours to get the score in one sitting.

I don't believe any of the games submit a time back to the arcade PHP code. Just your game ID and a score. You should be fine, provided the forum is up when you finish the game.

Copter is pretty awesome. I hope to get in the top 10 today. I got into the top 10 of Snake Classic and am near the top 10 of Pac Man. Tried Ms. Pac Man and got SMOKED.

You can go for the top ten, but you better not be looking at my Pac Man trophies. that shit is MINE.

Well you have the current high score but not the all time best. I had 7,900+ at one point and the best Mahjong player -Quintracker topped 8,000 at one point before the scores were last reset. It's all a matter of speed and more importantly getting an easy puzzle. I believe a time of 130 seconds or less would put you in the 7k point range so thats the time to shoot for to take the trophy. I think so anyways since I haven't played Mahjong in months. 8-)

I just got my best score ever at the DP version of Pac-Man, scoring 141,340 points. That enabled me to leap-frog over NE146 to land in 3rd place. I could've done better but I misjudged how quickly the monsters quit being blue and lost my last life...

WEAK.

I just found out that if you actually beat all the stages in Redbeard, you can't submit your score. You click on "submit" and you get some HTML garbage about high scores on the original flash game's website. Nothing is sent to DP and you're forced to either quit or start a new game. I just tried it twice with the same results (after you beat the game once, it's very easy the second time around).

Looks like I'll have to beat the high score on the second to last level and die to get the trophy. Lame.

I just played a game of Pac-Man and wound up getting about 132K in points...not my highest score...but it was the first time I've ever played it far enough to get to a round where the monsters don't turn blue at all when you grab those power pills.

One thing I miss is it's been a long time since anyone sent me a bet to play a game...100 meseta or whatever on a game of Pac-Man or Qix or whatever... :/

I just scored a new high for me on Ms. Pac-Man, 116,620, which beats my old high score by about 15,000 points. I'm still only in 3rd place, though...

I just won the trophy...from myself...on Pepsi Pinball. I had the high score before of about 53 million points and I just scored 61,904,176. I actually could've gotten an even higher score but after I topped my score, I pretty much let my remaining balls go down the drain so I could register as the top winner. I didn't win that huge a jackpot, somewhre around four hundred-something, because I think I'm just about the only one that plays that game anymore.

I beat my personal high score just now on the DP Pac-Man game. I had a high score before of about 142,000 and I just got 194,000 or so...that put me into 2nd place (I was in third before). I still fell short of Gary's score by about 26K.

Don't provoke me. I'm going to be forced to take away your precious Pepsi Pinball Trophy if you continue to threaten my reign. (evil plotting finger motions and laughter).

Sweating? :D That was far and away my best game ever on Pac-Man. I very much doubt I'll ever break 200,000 points but then I doubed I'd ever get what I have now so you never know.

This week I've mostly gone back to Zoo Keeper. When I was first playing it, I managed a high of 16,580. This week, I think my best was about 11,000 or so. That game gets so fast (at least the status or heath bar's going down goes fast) so it's just tough for me to get a good score. And I need over 20,000 to even get in the top ten...

I just looked at my profile and noticed that "I've Spent 23 Hours, 56 Mins. & 28 Secs. playing in the Roundtable Arcade." Man, just a few more minutes and it'll be a whole day. I wonder if I can make it exact?

Rog, you might not want to look at that part of your profile. LOL

Oh, I already know what it is :D and I know that I am nearing two solid weeks in the arcade now. What can I say? I have no life! LOL
