Just got the 64DD keyboard left to get myself... have seen it a couple of times but didn't want to pay the (rather stupidly high imo) price.

I actually got my Nippon Tour Golf 64 and Doshin 2 games shrinked, but opened them cos I needed to test them. Never be too sure that things don't work. Thankfully both were fine. Doshin 2 actually bizarrely uses the Doshin 1 game from time to time for information.

What's a Mark 3?

Asking a question like that makes me realize even moreso how impressive that is.

A Mark III's just a different kind of SMS, the main version of the console sold in Japan (they also sold a SMS-styled console with the FM module integrated, I believe). Neat looking, similar to the SG-1000 II.

Oh, and why do we need like one topic for every system Adol has a collection of? It's not a huge flood, but still... x_x

No, not pre-SMS. It *was* the SMS, in Japan. The SMS-styled variant is uncommon (or even rare, I don't know which) compared to the Mark III)

The SMS was essentially a drastically redesigned Mark III (or SG-1000 Mark III, if I wanted to be a smartaleck) for the overseas markets. Later, Japan did get the Master System with additional features the rest of the world didn't get such as the FM sound chip built-in, as was mentioned, rapid fire built-in, and 3D glasses adaptor built-in.

Getting NWTG64 and Doshin 2 frankly are pains in the arse because they were only mail order in Japan, and about 3000 units each...

Adol, you should seriously get someone to turn your collection into a book. It would be THE reference manual for almost all systems...I'd order it immediately.

Well,Darius Alpha complete THAT way is worth $1500 without any doubt..
Generally,it goes for $800 or so...with glasses you can say $1000..but with even Certificate letter AND ORIGINAL NEC AVENUE PADDED Envelope...

I know i won't sell it under $2000 :)
