Got myself Jak 3 for PS2 new for $AUS23 - platinum games have all been reduced to $AUS30 everywhere, but a particular store has them on sale for $23 this week. The beauty is they also reduced their original pressing copies of Platinum games.. so my Jak's the original packaging with a bonus disc.
Also, got myself a Netgear 5 port switch for probably too much ($AUS60).. it's dead sexy though. I've had cough drops bigger than this fucking thing :)

Went into a thrift this evening and was happy to see a box with lots of games in it. :) Upon looking through it I found N64, Genesis, NES and SNES games, but they were all sports games :( . Someone must have cleaned out their sports game collection.
Anyway I picked up a Genesis Pete Sampras Tennis J-Cart for $2.00 just because I had never seen a J-Cart before. A J-Cart has plugs for pluging in 2 controllers on the cart.

Awesome day.
Finally got a Mint copy of Resident Evil: Director's Cut with the RE2 demo, and a Mint copy of RE: Survivor. I was happy then.
Then, I check out my usual place, and what do I see? A PAL copy of the DC Shenmue 2, in ridiculously awesome condition, with a friggen import boot disc?! Ahhh, ssss-yeah.
So yeah, that made my day.

Whoo, it was Dreamcast day for me! In one fell swoop, I nearly doubled my Dreamcast collection (which doesn't say a whole lot since it's so tiny :P ). I was only going to this store to return the Spyro 2 I bought a couple weeks ago since nothing would make it work (ultimately, I got the Crash Team Racing to work, though). I wasn't expecting anything new to be in, but to my good luck, they had gotten in quite a few Dreamcast titles. :) Even better, every Dreamcast game was priced at 99 cents, with a "buy 2, get 1" sale going. I picked out the games that were complete (leaving behind loose, beat up copies of Sonic Adventure, Daytona USA, and Virtua Tennis and some various crappy sports games) and got:
Virtua Fighter 3tb (hurray, my boyfriend really wanted this for a long time!)
Space Channel 5 (to replace my current incomplete copy)
Resident Evil Code: Veronica
Ready 2 Rumble Boxing
Crazy Taxi
NHL 2K (sealed)
NFL 2K (sealed)
NFL 2K1 (sealed)
NBA 2K (sealed)
Normally you wouldn't see me buying sports games, but for 99 cents and still sealed, I couldn't pass up the Sega-made ones. Oh, and every Dreamcast game I got was the original release not "Sega All-Stars".
And finally, I exchanged Spyro 2 for a complete copy of Bob the Builder: Can We Fix It? for PlayStation as a joke for my boyfriend. :P
Everything came out to a grand total of about $6. Can't beat that for several good Dreamcast titles.

20 bucks, and wow, the discs, manual, cases, I swear... they've never been touched.
