would a nintendo collection without boxes or manuals be considered complete? same question goes for the odyssey2 and any other system you could think of...

Its up to the collector I guess. Some people don't consider a library complete unless you have EVERYthing for it (manuals, boxes, inserts, etc...). But some don't care.
Just like how some people don't consider some games part of a library. Like mail-order games and such.

No...it wouldn't be a complete "Complete" collection....it would be a complete "Cartridge / Game" collection

if you had all of the games then you'd have a complete set of cartridges but not a set of complete games.

Gee, a straight answer wasn't really so hard to give as it may have seemed, was it?

Not even that - how about use that rotten cabbage sitting on your head for something besides a hatrack o_O

This is in the category with the "tell me what i should buy topics" but even more inane. NOTABLY more idiotic.

For most people, a collection is "complete" once they feel it is complete. For a "complete set", cartridges are a bare minimum.

Now, the rules are a little different for idiots. If the collection is yours, then the answer is "no".

I don't care if you had every game sealed in original packaging, with receipts, and every game was bought on the day of release. Even if you had every model of "Toaster style" Nintendos (I think there were three, though I may be incorrect), and the top loader, plus the Play-10, plus a Famicom, a FDS, a Famicom Duo, a Dendy, and every pirate clone known to exist, plus an in-store kiosk unit with the funky reset, my answer would still be, "No. Incomplete. It comes from an incomplete person".

However, if you had three beautiful sluts (no, not the Panesian games - real live flesh and blood sluts), a pile of cuisine (real cuisine, not Indian food or crap), and a goblet full of the spoor of THE Hiroshi Yamauchi with signed seal of authenticity, then your collection, while still being Incomplete, would at least be worthy of my bid on E*Bay.

I hope this helps! L-O-L and :-) and OMG CAN YOU BELIEVE AERIS DIED IN FF7 I MEAN WHAT'S UP WITH THAT LET'S HAVE A POLL AND A WRITE IN CAMPAIGN AND MAYBE THEY'LL BRING BACK THE NINTENDO IF WE LET THEM KNOW HOW WE FEEL!!
