Alot of times, I see complete games for sale that include all the extra inserts, like a Nintendo Power supsciption thing. Are they considered part of a complete collection and as such do they raise the value of the game? After all, how do we know what additional stuff came with the game?
That's going a bit far for me, I don't think anyone will notice those missing, cool to have though.

from a personal standpoint only game manual, inserts such as maps and posters and case is considered complete. but there others think subscription cards, and registration cards are required for "completeness"

Foolishly i took a bunch of posters out of NES games i bought a while ago and don't know where some of them go now....
As for those Nintendo Power sub cards i have about 15-20 of them.
I don't think most people really care if they are with the game. I know i don't.
They are kinda cool but they are like Xbox live 2 month subscriptions.
You won't really care if they are there or not so long as you have the game :)

Well I would say a complete game is the game with the maps, and any other special game related merchadise otherwise the nintendo power subscription thing is not really necessary for completeness in my opinion
