I was wandering about the internet at lunch today and came across a very cool sounding title "Stubbs the Zombie: Rebel without a pulse"...similiar to Destroy all Humans! you play the traditional "bad-guy" in the story, and wreak havoc on humanity, this time with brain chomping/dismembering/beat them with their own limbs zombie goodness! If you haven't checked it out yet the official site (http://www.stubbsthezombie.com/) has some good info....it runs on a souped up Halo engine apparently
so just wanted to pass on what I saw today and also does anyone know(or heard) of a release date other than "Fall 2005" LOL ?

its an interesting game setup. i, however, would have liked a less comical approach (its kind of lighthearted). zombie games are good, nonetheless.

This game def. looks good. Being the zombie-loving video games person I will most likely just rent it first, then determine whether or not I am buying it.

This this game does look great :)
For release dates, Gamestop.com says 10/19, EBGames says 10/1. Gamestop's sounds less like a placeholder date, so I'd lean toward that.

Now that this game has launched, I was currious as to how many people have picked this game up and if it is worth all the hype. Personally I think it looks fun as hell and have heard some good feedback from other websites. But of couse, as a gaming forum, let me know who has recieved it and what's your review of the game thus far and if it's worth a rent/buy or wait and buy it.

It's a fucking TC. For the love of god it really is. THe menu's proflies, all of it is Halo. Even the fucking vehilces feel like Halo. THe game looks and plays ok, but seriously, IT'S a TOTAL CONVERSION on a console.

HAHA! this looks really cool. funny thing is, i was watching land of the dead last night, and i was thinking it ould be cool if they made a game where you were the zombie....I havent bought any current games in some time, but i think im gonna pick this one up.

i picked it up the day it came out being a horror and zombie nut, i really have enjoyed it a lot, the co-op is fun and the missions are great, gameplay does get a bit repetitive and it plays a lot like halo but if your into zombies i would say pick it up, it's a great feeling to walk into a room of cops with a zombie army and cause some damage, i wish this game had a deathmatch multiplayer option, but sadly does not.
final review...deff worth money if you have always wanted to be a zombie : ]

Awesome. I'm hoping to see more reviews on this game. Even if they are bad reviews, it's good to figure out what makes this game great. My only thing though is don't just call it HALO or complain about it because of some other reviews. I want personal preference. :)

you play the traditional "bad-guy" in the story
Ain't nothin' TRADITIONAL about this zombie. He's one of the baddest motherfuckers of all time, the best former salesman and the best looking motherfucker you'll ever see. Hold his hand, bitch.
I like he whole concept of the game. It looks like good light hearted (bloody) fun. I plan on getting it some time down the road.

the whole possessed thing with his arm latched onto the person's head is great. what happens if the possessed person dies, do you have to go find your arm?

'Course t's gonna feel like Halo. It was built on the Halo 2 game engine. But I don't have an Xbox or a Computer that would play it, so I guess I'll just end up playing it if my friends ever get a copy.

It's built on the Halo 1 engine. Halo 2 just uses the Havok engine that like every game under the sun uses now.
